We haven't cooked someting interesting for so long and now we prepared a nice cheese cake with white chocolate, and I want let you know this nice recipe.
For foundation you need:
Crackers sand - 1 glass;
fried almonds - 3 table spoon;
butter - 50 gr;
For stuffing:
cream cheese - 250 gr;
white chocolate - 180 gr;
sugar - 2/3 of glass;
vanillin - 1 teaspoon;
3 eggs;
sour cream - 2/3 of glass.
In big bowl mix crackers, almonds with fused butter and put to a baking dish.
In another bowl mix cheese and fused white chocolate for a perfect texture.Than put there eggs, sour cream and vanillin. Put this stuffing to the foundation layer and cook cake in oven with 170 C during 45 minutes. After ready let it cool down in open oven, than put it to refrigirator for three hours. Congratulations, you can taste your meal! =)
We used square baking dish, as we have only it, but traditionally they use circle baking dishes for cooking cheese cakes.
It's unraly tasty for me and my husband and we recommend to cook it everybody who likes cheese cakes!
